KYZEN’s Senior Chemist Wins Women’s Excellence in Metal Forming and Fabricating Award 2021
December 15, 2021 | KYZEN'Estimated reading time: 1 minute
KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries, is proud to announce that Haley Reid, Senior Research and Development Chemist at KYZEN, was recognized as one the Women of Excellence in Metal Forming and Fabricating 2021.
The Precision Metal Forming Association (PMA) recognizes 40 women in leadership positions that represent commitment to their company and industry, but also to help support and inspire those that may be interested in a similar career path.
Haley Reid has been employed with KYZEN for nine years after interning with the company for a year. During her time, she has worked very closely with the founder of KYZEN, Kyle Doyel, to research and develop chemistries in both the electronics and metal finishing industry. Recently, she even developed the newest MICRONOX product MICRONOX MX2120, a multi-metal safe power module cleaner, that premiered this month.
This is not the first year that a KYZEN employee has been recognized for this achievement. Chelsea Jewell, Applications Lab Manager, was recognized in 2018, Debbie Carboni, Global Product Line Manager, was recognized in 2019 and Carolyn Leary, Analytical Lab Manager/SDS Coordinator, was recognized in 2020.
In 2021 alone, 35 winners and 13 honorable mentions were chosen in recognition of their hard work and success in the field. This year marks the 6th year that these awards have taken place. The recognition of her hard work and determination is well deserved and the whole team is proud of her. Congratulations, Haley!
