What’s so cool about manufacturing? Students from Connellsville Area Middle School near our Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania facility will answer that burning question very soon. The students, who are participating in Catalyst Connection’s 2021-2022 “What’s So Cool About Manufacturing?” student video contest, toured our new facility with their teacher this week and got some behind-the-scenes inspiration from the high technology manufacturing happening here. We can’t wait to see their video story come to life during the next few months.
This annual STEAM program pairs middle school students across Pennsylvania with local companies to create a new perspective on the exciting career opportunities that exist in manufacturing. The Intervala team is thrilled to support these bright minds and budding filmmakers.
