HANZA Extends Contract with Swisslog AS

HANZA Holding AB, a leading provider of complete manufacturing solutions, has expanded the agreement with Swisslog AS to support their turnkey automated warehousing solution project in Mo i Rana, Norway. The order value is not disclosed but is expected to amount to lower double digits MSEK per year.
The assignment includes the manufacture and delivery of a total of 86,000 steel cases to Mo i Rana.
“We are really looking forward to deepening the cooperation with Swisslog AS, a company that fits well with HANZA’s business model,” says Veronica Svensson, Sales Director Scandinavia. “A trademark for the whole of HANZA is the ability to deliver highly automated processes that take our customers' products to a new level of competitiveness in the market. Through design changes for optimized production and by streamlining the production process we can avoid unnecessary steps and costs.”
Production will take place in HANZA's Swedish manufacturing cluster, with first deliveries of the project during the first quarter of 2022.
