Wistron Announces 2021 Financials, BOD Results

Wistron Corp. held a meeting of the Board of Directors. Following the meeting, the company announced the financial results for 2021. The consolidated revenue reached NT$862.08 billion. Operating income was NT$16,375 million, profit before tax (PBT) was NT$19,234 million, and profit after tax (PAT) was NT$10,468 million, with EPS of NT$3.76.
For the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2021, revenue was NT$263.45 billion, operating income was NT$5,509 million, PBT was NT$8,721 million and PAT was NT$5,376 million, with EPS of NT$1.93.
In addition to the financial results, the company has approved the following items during the meeting:
1) A cash dividend of NT$2.20 per common share for 2021 earnings distribution.
2) A new proposal to issue no more than 250 million new shares within the next one year timeframe to preserve the financial flexibility.
3) Hold Annual General Shareholders' Meeting on June 17 at CHANG YUNG-FA FOUNDATION International Convention Center in Taipei.
