KYZEN to Inform of Solvent Replacement Chemistries Offered for the Southern New England Design-2-Part Show
April 1, 2022 | KyzenEstimated reading time: 1 minute
KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries, will exhibit at the Southern New England Design-2-Part Show, scheduled to take place April 20-21, 2022, in Uncasville, CT. The KYZEN clean team will be in Booth #463 ready to discuss the recently published finding by the EPA regarding potential changes in the industry and solvent replacements.
In 2022, the EPA released a report about the potential risks of specific solvents such as TCE and nPB. KYZEN is equipped with chemistries, equipment, and various replacement options to help navigate to a safer and efficient cleaning process. One such product is METALNOX M6900 Engineered Vapor Cleaning Solvent that members of the KYZEN Clean Team will be showcasing along with the KYZEN KAPTURE Solvent Recycling System.
METALNOX M6900 is an engineered vapor cleaning solvent that is recommended for use in modern vapor degreasing systems with double coil refrigeration and provides exceptional results in the vapor phase as well as during immersion. M6900 cleans a variety of oils, wax, pitch, greases and additional soils common to aerospace and other precision optical and metal manufacturing applications. This solvent is multi-metals compatible and a recommended replacement for TCE, nPB, and other similar solvents.
The KYZEN KAPTURE is an environmentally friendly recycling system that separates soils from the solvent during the degreasing cleaning process. By continuously removing contaminants during normal operation, KAPTURE enhances the overall solvent quality and keeps production interruptions to a minimum.
Make sure to stop by the KYZEN booth and talk to members of their clean team about how METALNOX M6900 and the KAPTURE are a winning solution to your solvent cleaning dilemma.
