KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries, will exhibit at the SMTA Utah Expo & Tech Forum, scheduled to take place Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at the Clubhouse in Salt Lake City. The KYZEN team will showcase the AQUANOX® A4626 Next Generation Aqueous Cleaning Solution as well as the KYZEN Process Control System (PCS) and ANALYST Data Services.
The KYZEN clean team looks forward to discussing its newest addition to the award-winning AQUANOX product line: AQUANOX A4626. The next-generation cleaning chemistry is designed to quickly remove the latest polymeric no-clean flux residues, while providing superior results on traditional lead-free and eutectic tin-lead residues as well.
The environmentally friendly AQUANOX A4626 removes all of the latest as well as traditional flux residues. It has a long tank life and is safe for multi-pass applications.
For world-class process control, the company will discuss its KYZEN Process Control System that monitors and automatically reacts to the dynamic changes in the wash bath concentration. More than 20 years ago, KYZEN PCS was designed to maximize high-quality output from inline cleaning systems, and its capabilities have continuously improved and advanced. Today, it remains the only complete concentration monitoring and control system available in the world. The latest KYZEN PCS features improved control algorithms and a new, 7” color touchscreen interface.
KYZEN’s ANALYST is the world’s first real-time, automatic concentration analytics system designed for all chemistries. Built from the ground up, KYZEN ANALYST meets the industry’s demanding needs for accuracy, reporting and analytics. It integrates with all cleaning machines and works with most cleaning agent brands, not just KYZEN products. The system monitors and analyzes wash bath concentration in real-time, to deliver versatile analytical report formats that are easily accessed anytime, anyplace from any device, if so desired.
KYZEN products and cleaning experts have always been focused on the process so you can be sure the newest AQUANOX product will fit into your production line. Adding KYZEN's Process Control System or the KYZEN Analyst will complete the optimization and provide you with a worry-free process.
