Thermaltronics Adds Three Demonstration Facilities in the US, UK & China

Thermaltronics USA, Inc., a manufacturer of award-winning solder robots, announced the addition of three dedicated demonstration facilities strategically located in the US, UK and China.
All of the facilities will provide potential customers with the opportunity to see the benefits of the Thermaltronics soldering robots, which include dynamic laser height control, vision, mapping and advanced software controls.
Ed Zamborsky, Technical Support Manager at the Ormond Beach, Florida demonstration facility, said, “Having a having a full set of equipment available will mean that customers can bring their boards and experience how to set up and program the systems in ‘real time’ to achieve the best yield rates.”
The UK demonstration center, which will support Thermaltronics’ European customer base, will be managed by Advanced Manufacturing Services, located close to the Manchester airport, thereby making it convenient for companies to visit.
Richard Jones, Managing Director of Advanced Manufacturing Services (AMS), is confident in providing the necessary training and support to end-users as they have a fully qualified engineering group.
For Asia, Thermaltronics has equipment and experienced engineers at the Beijing factory location and are already serving customers in the region.
In addition to its award-winning hand soldering product line, Thermaltronics also provides an extended range of accessories to support both production and rework applications.
