KYZEN: Find the Power in Personal Branding at the SMTAI 2023 Women’s Leadership Program

KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries, is proud to announce that it is sponsoring the Women’s Leadership Program Connection Reception to be held at SMTA International on Monday, Oct. 9, 2023, beginning at 5 p.m. in Room 205 C&D at the Minneapolis Convention Center. This is the eleventh consecutive year KYZEN has sponsored this event in support of women in all roles within the Electronics Assembly Industry.
The 2023 SMTA Women’s Leadership Program invites participants to embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. By delving into their inner selves, attendees can uncover their unique strengths and superpowers. This program offers valuable tools and guidance to help define their individual brands and unleash their full potential.
The program kicks off with engaging presentations by three accomplished women leaders from the electronics and medical industries, who will share their insights on personal branding. Following this, attendees will engage in collaborative discussions with industry peers, delving into the "5 C’s" of personal branding during the speed mentoring sessions. The program concludes on a high note with the Connection Reception, generously hosted by KYZEN, featuring exciting gifts for all participants.
“The Connection Reception is the perfect event to meet successful women in our industry, build lifelong friendships and connect with mentors to help navigate the road to success in our male-dominated industry,” explains Sherry Stepp, KYZEN's Global Marketing Manager.
All women in the electronics manufacturing industry are invited and encouraged to attend and experience this free and beneficial reception. The reception invites attendees to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere to continue conversations and foster both new and old connections, and socialize with peers among the SMTA community of organizers, speakers, exhibitors and fellow attendees.
