With its cutting-edge technology and unparalleled capabilities, the V9i ARV XL is set to redefine the way manufacturers approach quality control and production efficiency.

Traditional manual inspections and conventional AOIs for conformal coating and final assembly inspections have long been plagued by inefficiencies, human errors, and limited flexibility. Therefore, we have innovated the V9i ARV XL to answer these challenges, offering a comprehensive solution that combines the power of advanced robotics and state-of-the-art vision technology.

Introducing our innovative V9i ARV XL Solution with a distinct 6-axis COBOT design, enabling adjustable angle inspections up to 90° for maximum convenience. Equipped with an Advanced Smart Learning Algorithm, the V9i ARV XL excels in detecting a wide range of conformal coating defects. It also performs comprehensive inspections for screw, cosmetic, connector, and label defects in final assembly, all seamlessly achieved without needing CAD information to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.

ViTrox presents the V9i ARV XL system, a remarkable advancement with an extended PCB size capacity, generously accommodating dimensions of up to 840mm x 620mm. This represents a substantial leap from the capabilities of the existing V9i ARV system, which caters to PCB sizes up to 510mm x 510mm. The expanded capacity stands as a noteworthy advantage, empowering users to seamlessly navigate larger PCBs and explore a broader spectrum of electronic components and devices.

Our V9i ARV XL Solution is engineered with multi-focal vision capabilities, allowing inspections spanning from 5 mm to 200 mm. This results in high-resolution images with astonishing clarity, down to 14µm/px, perfect for scrutinizing small defects. With the V9i ARV XL, you can trust complete inspection coverage and consistently reliable results.

Furthermore, users have the flexibility to integrate the V9i ARV XL Solution into their production line for inline operation using the SMEMA connection, facilitating superior traceability in the backend assembly process compared to manual inspection. Alternatively, the system can be placed for offline applications with the existing conveyor. V9i XL has a compact size that allows it to seamlessly dock next to the conveyor without adding to the production line length.

Besides that, we also offer extended inspection capabilities with two configuration options for V9i ARV solution: the V95i, featuring a rotator function, and the V97i, equipped with a flipped conveyor. These configurations enhance the system's versatility, making it an excellent fit for a wide range of applications and production requirements.
