We just closed Day Two of the show and—whew!—while my feet are killing me, I am energized by all the enthusiasm shared by the customers, partners, and prospects visiting our booth. We’re sharing a booth with iTAC Sotware AG and DUALIS. Together we’re collaborating on a new offering called the Manufacturing Analytics Control suite. This solution is at the center of most of my conversations, and the people I’ve spoken with are hungry for simple and intuitive tools to help them better understand their factory analytics to drive meaningful improvements. That’s the key here: they want a useful platform that will make a difference in their everyday work lives. It’s not really about the technology under the hood, so to speak, but rather, how can they properly and easily access all available factory-wide data and then drive intelligent actions to improve the operation holistically? The data journey, or digitalization thread, continues to be the hot topic for us. I’m eager to dive deeper as the show continues.
