Spanning an impressive 6,824 square feet, the new Applications Lab in Guadalajara is strategically designed to mirror the successful setups at PVA's headquarters in New York and PVA Europe's Helmond lab. This replication ensures that customers in Mexico gain convenient access to top-notch customer service and technical support without the need for extensive travel.
PVA's commitment to providing world-class support extends beyond the Applications Lab. With direct support locations in Monterrey, Chihuahua, Queretaro, and three dedicated field service engineers based in Guadalajara, the company is well-positioned to meet the growing demands of its expanding customer base in Mexico.
The company has experienced significant growth in the region, prompting the addition of more field service engineers and application support specialists.
