IMI Signs Memorandum with RRR Manufacturing PTY Ltd.

Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI), A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was recently signed between Integrated Micro Electronics Inc. and RRR Manufacturing PTY Ltd for the manufacture of portable automated external defibrillator solutions branded as CellAED. IMI will manufacture the full box build for the medical device that will be distributed both locally and abroad.
Also called systems integration, a box build includes all the components involved in an electromechanical assembly other than the production of the printed circuit board.
The MOU was among the 14 business agreements that were signed during the Philippine Business Forum and Presentation of Business Agreements held last March 4 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Melbourne, Australia. All agreements are expected to bring in 1.5B USD worth of investments in the Philippines and are poised to boost the country’s investment relationships with Australia and contribute to the nation’s economic growth.
RRR Manufacturing PTY Ltd. is a subsidiary of Rapid Response Revival Research Limited, a medical technology development company based in Australia.
