Kimball Electronics Mexico recently participated in a valuable Green Community Project, demonstrating their commitment to environmental responsibility and community well-being.
The project, organized by the Municipality Environmental Department, took place at KEMX where representatives from the Department presented informative talks to KEMX employees.
Environmental Director Aaron De la Cruz's presentation focused on the mission of the Environmental Department, highlighting their role in protecting the environment. He provided valuable information on how KEMX employees can contribute to a sustainable future through actions such as reporting water leaks, waste burning, and areas in need of cleaning.
The Green Community Project didn't stop at raising awareness. KEMX received approximately 200 fruit trees from the department, along with recommendations for proper planting. These trees were then distributed among KEMX employees, promoting environmental stewardship and fostering a sense of community ownership.
