All Flex Solutions proudly welcomes Eric Ness as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
With a robust background in financial leadership and extensive experience in manufacturing, Eric brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of driving growth and profitability to his new role. He will oversee all facets of the company’s financial functions, leveraging his deep understanding of manufacturing operations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
Eric began his career at Ernst & Young, specializing in serving manufacturing clients within the Audit Practice. Building on this foundation, Eric transitioned to Dover Corporation, a global manufacturing conglomerate, where he held progressive finance leadership roles and played a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, optimizing operational efficiency, and maximizing shareholder value.
In his most recent role as Senior Director of Finance for Dover Fueling Solutions in Austin, TX, Eric demonstrated his ability to lead financial initiatives and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Eric holds a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant. Beyond his professional endeavors, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and cheering on the local Minnesota sports teams.
