Kimball's Worldwide Headquarters Employees Donate Time to 'Dogs Day Out' Event
May 31, 2024 | Kimball Electronics Inc.Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
Recently, 15 employees from the Kimball Electronics World Headquarters donated work time to help the Dubois County Humane Society exercise their dogs during a "Dogs Day Out" event.
Not only did the dogs get mental and physical satisfaction from their walks, the mental and physical well-being of our people also got a boost.
Additionally, even though they're remote, Kimball Electronics Shared Services employee Katherine Gill and her dog, Sunshine, wanted to participate. As there isn’t a shelter immediately in her area, Katherine and Sunshine walked along their neighborhood marsh and then donated to a neighboring no-kill rescue.
