Ibiden Named Among Continuous Selection of Constituent Companies for FTSE Russell ESG Investment Indexes

IBIDEN Co, Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has been selected for FTSE4Good Index Series for the nineth consecutive year, FTSE Blossom Japan Index for the eighth consecutive year, and FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index for the third consecutive year.
The index was created by FTSE Russell, a global index/data provider that is wholly owned by London Stock Exchange Group. The FTSE Blossom Japan Index is also designed to measure company performance demonstrating strong ESG practices: Environmental, Social and Governance. The FTSE Blossom Japan Index is used by a wide variety of market participants to create and assess sustainable investing and other financial products.
And furthermore, FTSE Blossom Japan Index and FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index have been selected by the Government Pension Investment Fund for Japan (GPIF) as benchmarks for its ESG investment.
