Zhen Ding Technology Holding Limited Thailand Plant Construction Milestone

The Thailand plant under Zhen Ding Technology-KY (4958), the global leader in PCB, groundbreaking in December 2023 and held a topping-out ceremony on August 26, 2024. Partner Saha Group and construction contractor Thai Obayashi were invited to attend and congratulate, marking a significant milestone in the construction of Zhen Ding Tech. Group's plant in Thailand.
Zhen Ding Tech. Group has consistently adhered to the corporate mission of "Develop Technology, Benefit Mankind; Improve Environmental Protection and Make the Earth a Better Place." The group continues to innovate and upgrade technologies, providing higher quality products and services while emphasizing global production layout. In June 2023, Avary Singapore Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhen Ding Tech. Group's subsidiary Avary Holding, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Saha Group in Thailand. Together, they jointly established Peng Shen Technology to set up a production base in Thailand.
Peng Shen Technology successfully received support from the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI) and acquired industrial land in Prachinburi Province, Thailand, to build the plant. With the full support of Saha Group, the project proceeded smoothly. The contractor for the project is Thai Obayashi Corporation Ltd., a leading construction company in Thailand with extensive experience in large-scale construction projects, having built several top-tier buildings that have become national landmarks. Until now, Zhen Ding Tech. Group has approved an investment of approximately $250 million for the first phase construction in Thailand. The plant is expected to enter the production phase in 2025, strengthening the global PCB supply chain and further expanding its leadership in the industry.
