Intervala Hosts Manufacturing Day Event for Local Students
October 7, 2024 | IntervalaEstimated reading time: Less than a minute
At Intervala, every day is about manufacturing! On this year’s Manufacturing Day, we also opened our doors to a group of students and teachers from nearby Franklin Regional Middle School to demonstrate the vibrant and interesting careers that exist in modern-day, high-tech manufacturing.
Our guests toured Intervala’s state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing factory in Mount Pleasant, Pa., and had the opportunity to participate in a hands-on manufacturing activity. They also heard from team members in operations, engineering, supply chain and program management about building a career in the manufacturing sector. Following a pizza lunch, the students headed back to school with some Intervala swag and a Manufacturing Day T-shirt.
Thank you for visiting us, Franklin Regional Middle School! We loved having you here and hope our paths cross again in the future!
