SEL Ranks 14th Largest 100% Employee-Owned Company in America

SEL has been ranked the 14th largest 100 percent employee-owned company in America, according to the 2024 Employee Ownership 100 list released by the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO). The list features companies that are at least 50 percent employee-owned and represents more than 655,000 employee owners. SEL holds the 17th position overall.
The NCEO is a nonprofit organization that supports employee ownership through research, education, and sharing of best practices.
