Zollner Honored with Corporate Health Award

Zollner Elektronik AG has once again been recognized for its commitment to employee health and wellbeing, receiving the Corporate Health Award in the large company category.
Zollner's comprehensive health program focuses on four key pillars: health promotion and prevention, health-oriented leadership, company social management, and work-life balance. The company's initiative, Bumperlgsund, specifically targets trainees and dual students, offering workshops and lectures on nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management.
To further enhance its health culture, Zollner has introduced health multipliers, who are trained to implement health-promoting measures within their teams. This approach empowers employees to take ownership of their well-being and fosters a healthier work environment.
