This webinar will explore the growing need for lead-free, low-temperature solder (LTS) solutions in electronics assembly. While LTS offers advantages in certain applications, it can sometimes present challenges in achieving high reliability. This presentation will discuss the drivers for LTS adoption and introduce a novel LTS technology that enables high-reliability performance at lower processing temperatures.
Speaker:
Emily Belfield, Regional Sales Manager at Indium Corporation, brings extensive experience in the electronics industry. She has been an active member of the SMTA for the past four years and currently serves as Vice President of the Empire Chapter. Emily is a recipient of the SMTA "40 Under 40" award and holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Syracuse University.
