Intervala celebrated the recent graduates of its electronics technician training program. The program, developed in coordination with Westmoreland County Community College, is designed to enhance the skills and career development of Intervala's technicians.
During a ceremony at the company's Mount Pleasant, PA facility, employees Ashley Gimigliano, Hannah Grigg, Kelly Hardik, Shawn Harrold, Michael Kempff, Brittany Riggleman, Sean Scantland, and Kevin Sulava were recognized for completing the first course of the three-level program. Angelina McBeth and Richard Stoner were also honored for completing the second course.
Upon successful completion of each course, participants receive college credits that can be applied towards further education at Westmoreland County Community College's Advanced Technology Center. This valuable program allows Intervala technicians to enhance their skills, advance their careers, and contribute to the company's continued success.
Additional level-one and level-two courses will commence next week, with a level-three course scheduled to begin in the fall. This ongoing commitment to employee development underscores Intervala's dedication to fostering a skilled and engaged workforce.
