The Chemical Connection: Employee and Operator Empowerment in the Age of AI

10/04/2026 | Don Ball -- Column: The Chemical Connection
In an ideal world, every operator would understand the process they are working on and be able to diagnose problems and suggest improvements. In the real world, however, we all know that these types of people are, if not rare, at least in the minority. In my opinion, these people are valuable resources, and every effort should be made to retain them, regardless of their education level or seniority.

Nolan’s Notes: Automotive Is Gearing Up Again

10/04/2026 | Nolan Johnson -- Column: Nolan's Notes

Xscindo: No Data, No Landfill, No Waste

09/23/2026 | Marcy LaRont, I-Connect007 Magazine

Xscindo's work sits at the intersection of circularity, resource security, and a rapidly expanding need for critical materials, and speaks to a much larger challenge facing the electronics industry: finding better ways to keep valuable resources in circulation rather than exporting them. In this interview, Aiden Neary, founder and CEO, tells us more about this important work.
