"I am honored to join the NAM board of directors. This is an excellent opportunity and platform to promote the development and innovation of the American manufacturing industry!" said Xiao Caiyou. "Foxconn currently has more than 6,000 employees in Texas, Ohio, Wisconsin, Indiana, Virginia and California . The United States is an important part of Foxconn's global manufacturing footprint. “Jerry ’s joining NAM will be a strong addition as a business representative with a proven track record of commitment to industry,” said Jay Timmons, NAM President and CEO. “ Jerry will be a key partner in advancing manufacturing competitiveness policies and further amplifying the voice and influence of manufacturers across the country. I look forward to working with him to advocate for American manufacturing while promoting the core values that make America great and our industry strong – free enterprise, competitiveness, individual liberty, and equal opportunity.”
Hon Hai Technology Group is committed to deepening its global layout and actively participating in the application of high-end technologies and localized operations in manufacturing industries around the world. The election of Hsiao Tsai-yu as a member of the NAM board of directors is a symbol of the renewed recognition of Foxconn's commitment and influence in the development of the U.S. manufacturing industry.
