Advancing Aerospace Excellence: Emerald’s Medford Team Earns Space Addendum Certification
June 30, 2025 | Emerald TechnologiesEstimated reading time: 1 minute
We’re thrilled to announce a major achievement from our Medford, Oregon facility. Andy Abrigo has officially earned her credentials as a Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) under the IPC J-STD-001 Space Addendum, the leading industry standard for space and military-grade electronics manufacturing. This is no small feat, it represents the highest level of training in soldering and assembly requirements for mission-critical, high-reliability builds.
Thanks to Andy’s dedication and deep technical expertise, she has successfully trained and certified members of the Medford team as Certified IPC Specialists (CIS). With this, our Medford site is now fully equipped to support space-grade production, a significant leap forward in our ability to serve the aerospace and defense sectors.
Why It Matters
