A cornerstone of the company’s success for over 25 years, Erik’s promotion reflects his transformative leadership, technical depth, and dedication to both team and customer success.
Erik began his KYZEN journey in 1999 and has since held influential roles across engineering, sales, and executive management. Most recently serving as Executive Vice President, he helped steer KYZEN’s international growth while mentoring a global team of sales professionals and technical experts. His hands-on leadership style and passion for excellence have played a pivotal role in launching and scaling the company’s operations in Asia, where his work laid the foundation for long-term regional and global success.
A respected and dynamic leader, Erik is known for fostering high-performing, collaborative teams and cultivating a company culture built on integrity, resilience, and care. With extensive global connections and a deep commitment to continuous improvement, he has helped shape KYZEN’s legacy through strategic service, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Erik holds a Bachelor of Chemistry from Northwest Nazarene University and began his career as an associate chemist before joining KYZEN. His ability to blend scientific precision with real-world insight has positioned him as a trusted voice in the world of precision cleaning—especially across electronics, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical device manufacturing.
As Chief Operating Officer, Erik will oversee day-to-day operations across KYZEN’s global organization while continuing to lead initiatives that drive performance, innovation, and long-term customer value.
