A.R.T. Ltd. Nominated in Four Categories at 2025 Instrumentation and Electronics Industry Awards
August 11, 2025 | A.R.T. Ltd.Estimated reading time: 1 minute

Advanced Rework Technology Ltd. (A.R.T. Ltd.), a leading provider of electronics training and consultancy, has been shortlisted in four categories at the 2025 Instrumentation and Electronics Industry Awards, including Industry Personality, Academic Support, Rising Star, and Best Customer Service.
Since 1988, A.R.T. Ltd. has established a reputation as the go-to training partner for electronics manufacturers. In addition to being the UK’s first and only provider authorised to deliver all IPC training courses at every level, the company also develops and delivers tailored training across a wide range of topics. These flexible programmes support both certified and non-certified roles, helping customers build competence across all levels of their operations.
Debbie McDade, Managing Director of A.R.T., has received a nomination for Industry Personality in recognition of her nearly 30 years of experience in the electronics sector and leadership across multiple IPC committees. Certified as a Master IPC Trainer, Debbie contributes directly to IPC standards development and is one of the few trainers qualified to deliver specialised IPC Space Addendum training.
Debbie McDade said: "We are honoured to be recognised across multiple categories at these prestigious awards. Our team remains dedicated to delivering high-quality, industry-leading training and support that not only meets but anticipates the evolving needs of the electronics sector. These nominations reflect the hard work and expertise of everyone at A.R.T."
A.R.T.’s nomination in the Academic Support category highlights the company’s continued investment in addressing the STEM skills gap. Through the development of bespoke training programmes and close collaboration with manufacturers, A.R.T. delivers practical, compliance-focused education that benefits both current professionals and future engineers.
In the Rising Star category, Ben James, Master IPC Trainer, has been recognised for his impact within the company since joining just over two years ago. With experience spanning military, aerospace, space, and medical sectors, Ben has played a vital role in course development, committee contributions, and STEM outreach initiatives.
The company’s nomination for Best Customer Service reflects its ability to tailor training and consultancy solutions to meet the specific requirements of customers operating in highly regulated industries, including defence, aviation, and medical technology.
