Amid the global rise of "female-powered technology," Yang Qiujin, Rotating CEO of Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (TWSE: 2317), the world's largest platform solutions provider, has been awarded the "2025 Golden Yang Award - Female-Powered Technology" by the China Software Association/China Software Industry Association. This award recognizes women's leadership and innovation in the technology sector, honoring the company's operational achievements in integrating AI with its three major platforms (smart manufacturing, smart electric vehicles, and smart cities). It also serves as a concrete affirmation of Hon Hai's core values of "Integrity, Diligence, Agility, Sharing, Collaboration, and Co-prosperity," demonstrating the company's long-term commitment to promoting gender diversity in leadership.
Faced with the current global geopolitical and tariff fluctuations, Yang Qiujin, upon assuming her position as Rotating CEO, personally led the Group's "Tariff Response Task Force." Combining the Group's BOL and regional manufacturing strategies, this team promoted supply chain diversification, optimized logistics models, and managed new market risks, effectively mitigating potential impacts on the Group and supporting operational resilience and global shipment stability.
Hon Hai Technology Group has more than 233 operating locations and nearly one million employees worldwide. Yang Qiujin, Rotating CEO, continues to introduce technologies such as GenAI and digital twins into the Group's internal operations. Using successful cases as leverage, she has promoted them to various campuses around the world for implementation, saving the Group tens of billions of yuan in operating expenses each year.

Speaking of the Group's diversified governance, Rotating CEO Yang Qiujin pointed out that Foxconn uses the concept of "collective wisdom" to promote the Rotating CEO system. The proportion of female directors on the board of directors has reached one-third, which is far higher than the average level in the global manufacturing industry. This demonstrates the Group's determination in corporate governance and gender equality.
