September 12, 2025 | FlexEstimated reading time: Less than a minute
Flex announced its inclusion on the TIME World's Best Companies 2025 list. This marks the third consecutive year the company was included in this prestigious ranking, which recognizes top-performing companies across the globe.
"Being named a World's Best Company by TIME again is a proud moment for Flex," said Revathi Advaithi, Chief Executive Officer of Flex. "This recognition speaks to the strength of our culture, commitment to sustainability, and focus on creating lasting stakeholder value. None of this would be possible without the dedication and contributions of our people."
To determine each year's ranking, TIME partners with Statista, a leading international provider of market and consumer data rankings. They identify companies in over 50 countries that consistently excel in financial performance, workplace culture, and commitment to responsible business practices. Those on the list were evaluated based on three primary dimensions: Employee Satisfaction, Revenue Growth, and Sustainability. Data was collected from 200,000 participants.
