The award was presented during a ceremony held at SMTA Guadalajara 2025, recognizing the product’s outstanding contribution to cleaning efficiency, safety, and sustainability in electronics manufacturing.
CYBERSOLV® 141-K has become a trusted solution for manufacturers seeking a high-performance, eco-conscious alternative to HFC 141B. The CFC-free, organic solvent is designed to clean a wide variety of flux residues across numerous applications, while requiring no rinsing and leaving no residue—simplifying processes and improving reliability on the production floor.
