Green Circuits, a full-service Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) partner to leading OEMs, today announced the appointment of Ray Ponder as Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest region.
Ponder brings extensive experience in test systems, PCB manufacturing, and technical sales, with a strong track record of helping OEMs accelerate new product introductions (NPI) and streamline high-volume production. Previously, he worked with aerospace, medical device, and industrial customers across the Midwest, consistently delivering solutions that balance performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
“I’m excited to join the Green Circuits team and strengthen our presence in the Midwest,” said Ponder. “This region is home to some of the most innovative companies in aerospace, medical technology, automotive, and industrial markets. My goal is to help engineering and supply chain teams reduce risk, shorten time-to-market, and leverage Green Circuits’ full turnkey capabilities.”
The Midwest remains a strategic growth area for Green Circuits, with a strong base of technology-driven companies requiring reliable, U.S.-based PCB solutions. Expanding regional sales leadership enables Green Circuits to provide faster support, deeper technical engagement, and direct access to DFM expertise.
“Ray’s technical background and customer-first approach make him the ideal leader to grow our Midwest relationships,” said Adam Szychowski, Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Green Circuits. “Our commitment to supporting Midwest innovators is stronger than ever, and Ray will play a key role in ensuring their success.”
