PBT Works s.r.o., (in cooperation with MaRC Technologies) a leading manufacturer of cleaning technology for electronic assemblies and tooling, is pleased to announce the sale and successful installation of a CompaCLEAN III inline cleaning system at Micro Technology Services, Inc. (MTSI), a leading provider of contract engineering, manufacturing, and microtechnology solutions.
With more than three decades of experience, MTSI partners with customers to design and manufacture innovative, high-quality electronic products. The company selected the CompaCLEAN III to enhance its post-assembly cleaning capabilities and ensure consistently pristine boards for its demanding applications.
“The CompaCLEAN III system has provided us with the cleanest boards we have ever manufactured,” said Fred Beckhusen, CEO of Micro Technology Services, Inc. “The system works better than we had hoped for, and the 100% closed-loop design has allowed us to eliminate any water discharge to drain. We absolutely love our PBT washer.”
The CompaCLEAN III combines high-end inline cleaning with a compact footprint—making it ideal for space-conscious facilities that require top-tier performance. Its closed-loop system minimizes environmental impact while maintaining exceptional cleanliness for assemblies across industries including medical, aerospace, and high-reliability electronics manufacturing.
“Micro Technology Services has built a reputation for precision engineering and manufacturing excellence,” said Mike Gunderson, PBT Works USA. “We’re proud to support their process goals with a system that delivers consistent, measurable results while reducing water and chemical usage.”
