KYZEN’s award history began in 2002, when the company earned the SMT Vision Award for AQUANOX A4512 at IPC APEX EXPO. That early recognition came at a time when manufacturers were navigating major shifts in materials and processes, including new flux formulations, early no-clean challenges, and the transition to lead-free solder. AQUANOX A4512 helped customers bridge that period with a dependable cleaning solution tailored to emerging production needs.

Since then, every major change in electronics manufacturing has brought a new set of cleaning and consistency challenges—from the rise of fine-pitch components and ultra-low stand-off designs to advanced packaging, new reliability standards, and the push toward smarter, data-driven factories. Across each of these transitions, KYZEN has developed chemistries and process tools that address real production issues, often in close collaboration with customers.

The company’s 100th award reflects that trajectory.
