Jason Perry, President of Technica USA, recently visited longtime supply partner Wise at its headquarters in Parma, Italy, following the Productronica exhibition. During the visit, Perry met with Wise’s executive management team to review strategic initiatives and discuss emerging technologies planned for 2026 and beyond. The two companies continue to experience strong momentum in the U.S. market, with multiple Wise machines delivered annually through Technica USA.
In addition to long-term planning, the teams evaluated ongoing initiatives aimed at delivering best-in-class service and support for U.S. customers. A key focus was Wise’s innovative 3D manual platform, which has been widely praised for its intuitive interface and powerful functionality. The tool enables customers to easily search for spare-part numbers specific to their machine configuration and provides real-time inventory visibility for parts located in Italy as well as at two U.S. stocking locations.
Both organizations agreed that, while recent advancements have been well received, further opportunities exist to enhance the overall customer experience when purchasing and supporting Wise equipment through Technica USA. Discussions centered on new service models, expanded support tools, and continued investments in responsiveness and spare-parts availability.
The meetings were highly productive, reinforcing the strong and collaborative partnership between Wise and Technica USA. Both companies look forward to building on their shared success and continuing to grow their presence in the U.S. market.
