Kitron ASA Receives Regulatory Approvals for DeltaNordic Acquisition

Kitron ASA refers to its stock exchange announcement dated November 19, 2025, regarding the agreement entered into by its subsidiary, Kitron Holding AB, to acquire DeltaNordic AB.
The company has now received all required regulatory approvals for completion of the transaction. Approvals have been granted by the Swedish Competition Authority and the Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic Products.
The transaction is expected to be completed in early January 2026.
