MacDermid Alpha Recognized by Vivo with Dual Awards for Quality and Delivery Excellence

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is honoured with both the Excellent Quality Award and the Best Delivery Award by its long-term partner Vivo Mobile Communication Co., Ltd.
Vivo presented the awards at its 2025 End-of-Year Business Partners Quality Communication Conference, recognizing suppliers for excellence in quality performance, delivery reliability, operational responsiveness, and supply chain resilience. Mr. Arrow Zhang, Regional Sales Manager for the South China commercial team, represented MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions and accepted the awards on the company’s behalf.
For the sixth consecutive year (2020–2025), MacDermid Alpha has received Vivo’s Best Delivery Award, underscoring the company’s consistently high on-time delivery performance, rapid order confirmation and response speed, and a resilient supply model supported by diversified production and capacity layouts. This performance is reinforced by robust contingency planning and effective crisis management processes that ensure uninterrupted supply for Vivo’s high-volume manufacturing operations. In 2025, MacDermid Alpha was also awarded the Excellent Quality Award, making it the only supplier in Vivo’s chemical materials category to receive both honors in the same year. In Vivo’s internal supplier rating system, MacDermid Alpha achieved a perfect score of 100 across all five evaluation categories: Quality, Delivery, Cost, Technology, and Collaboration.
