Semi-Kinetics Invests in AAT’s Advanced Cleaning Technology at New Nampa Facility
February 12, 2026 | Semi-KineticsEstimated reading time: 1 minute
Semi-Kinetics, a leading provider of electronic manufacturing services, has purchased and installed an X-30A Fully Automatic Stencil, PCB, and Misprint Cleaner from Austin American Technology at its new manufacturing facility in Nampa, Idaho, further expanding its production capabilities and supporting continued growth across multiple end markets.
The Nampa facility adds 30,000 square feet to Semi-Kinetics’ manufacturing footprint and provides additional capacity to support customer programs in medical, defense, semiconductor, and test and measurement applications. The addition of the X-30A strengthens the company’s ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, process control, and repeatability across both locations.
The X-30A is a state-of-the-art electronic cleaning system and the first in the industry to fully incorporate SMART I/O Link devices, enabling advanced system monitoring and process control. Built around a vertical format batch cleaning platform, the system supports a wide range of cleaning chemistries, including aqueous, semi-aqueous, alcohol-based, and hybrid solvents. This versatility allows effective removal of flux residues, solder paste, inks, adhesives, and other contaminants from PCBs, stencils, and production tooling.
Key features of the X-30A include patented rotational spray technology that creates dynamic zones of force for consistent, high-performance cleaning results. Integrated filtration systems and selectable open-loop or closed-loop configurations address both environmental and safety considerations. The fully automated platform combines washing, rinsing, and drying into a single process, reducing manual handling and improving throughput. Its compact footprint and low-profile automated lift help maximize valuable floor space.
Semi-Kinetics operates audit-approved, ESD-compliant, and environmentally controlled production environments. Assembly personnel are trained in ISO awareness and IPC standards, including IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and J-STD-001, with instruction provided by a certified IPC trainer on staff. The company is certified by NSF-ISR to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100, is ITAR registered, and builds to IPC Class II and Class III standards using fully RoHS-compliant processes.
Recent investments in equipment, facilities, and personnel reflect Semi-Kinetics’ continued focus on strengthening manufacturing capability and supporting customer requirements across both production sites.
