Wistron Announces 2025 Financials and BOD Results

Wistron Corp. held a meeting of its Board of Directors. Following the meeting, the company announced the financial results for 2025. The consolidated revenue for 2025 reached NTD 2,187 billion. Operating income was NTD 78,553 million, profit before tax (PBT) was NTD 76,257 million, and profit after tax (PAT) was NTD 27,408 million, with EPS of NTD 9.04.
For the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, revenue was NTD 721 billion, operating income was NTD 25,474 million, PBT was NTD 21,269 million and PAT was NTD 8,167 million, with EPS of NTD 2.6.
In addition to the financial results, the company has made the following announcements.
- A cash dividend of NTD 5.5 per common share for 2025 earnings distribution.
- A proposal to issue no more than 250 million new shares within the next one year timeframe to preserve financial flexibility.
- An additional investment of up to NTD 1,817 million for facility upgrades and equipment acquisitions at the Hsinchu facilities (新竹廠區) in Taiwan to support the expansion of AI-related businesses.
- Wistron InfoComm Technology (Texas) Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, plans to acquire machinery and equipment with a budget of up to USD 32.9 million to expand AI server manufacturing capacity in Mexico.
- The Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on May 29 at the Howard Civil Service International House (福華國際文教會館卓越堂) in Taipei.
Items (1) and (2) will be submitted for discussion and approval at the forthcoming AGM.
