Zhen Ding Recognized with Dual 'A' Ratings by CDP

Zhen Ding Technology Holding Limited, a global leader in the PCB industry, received the highest “A” rating in both Climate Change and Water Security in the 2025 CDP assessment. This marks the Company’s first “A” rating in Climate Change and its second consecutive “A” rating in Water Security, underscoring Zhen Ding’s continued progress and long-term commitment to environmental sustainability.

CDP is a globally recognized standard for corporate environmental disclosure and an important reference for international capital markets in evaluating sustainability performance. In 2025, more than 22,100 companies worldwide disclosed their actions related to climate change, water security, and forest protection through CDP. In addition, 640 institutional investors, representing over US$127 trillion in assets, called on companies to disclose environmental data through CDP, while more than 270 major purchasers requested environmental information from approximately 45,000 suppliers via CDP’s Supply Chain program. These developments underscore CDP’s critical role in the global sustainability assessment framework.

Across the 16 Climate Change assessment categories, Zhen Ding achieved 14 “A” ratings, covering key areas including governance, environmental policies, risk and opportunity disclosure, emissions, targets, emissions reduction initiatives and low-carbon products, as well as value chain engagement. In the Water Security assessment, Zhen Ding obtained 8 “A” ratings out of 11 categories, demonstrating similarly strong performance in governance, environmental policies, and value chain engagement.

In 2025, Zhen Ding and its subsidiaries achieved carbon reductions of over 700,000 metric tons, representing an increase of more than 30% year-on-year, mainly driven by equipment energy efficiency improvements, on-site solar power generation, and renewable electricity procurement.

The Company also introduced heat recovery systems, delivering more than 4,000 metric tons of additional reductions. For newly added production capacity and facilities, Zhen Ding adopted advanced energy-efficient equipment, achieving more than 10% improvement in energy efficiency compared to existing operations.

From a governance perspective, Zhen Ding has established energy audit programs under its Energy Conservation and Environmental Management Procedures. Each site conducts regular self-assessments, supported by the Company’s internal “Seven Green” platform, which implements energy management measures and training programs to embed energy efficiency and decarbonization into daily operations.

At the supply chain level, Zhen Ding continues to enhance environmental performance by selecting environmentally responsible partners and organizing green supply chain forums to advance environmental management initiatives. The Company also works closely with suppliers and customers to expand the use of recycled metals and develop innovative green products and low-carbon solutions, further strengthening decarbonization across the value chain.

Zhen Ding also delivered solid results in water resource management. In 2025, all of the Company’s manufacturing sites in China obtained AWS (Alliance for Water Stewardship) Platinum certification, the highest international standard for sustainable water management.

The Company maintained a wastewater recycling rate of over 50%, with total recycled wastewater exceeding 13 million metric tons for the year. In addition to improving water-use efficiency and ensuring compliant wastewater discharge, Zhen Ding actively engaged in local watershed protection initiatives and collaborated with stakeholders to promote sustainable water resource management at the basin level.

Looking ahead, Zhen Ding will continue to strengthen its climate and water management strategies, deepen environmental governance practices, and advance toward its goal of becoming a key partner in the global green supply chain.
