Beaulieu: How do you typically win business today? What does the journey from first contact to customer look like?
Rupani: We are quick and responsive from the beginning whether it is providing quotes or answering any technical questions. Our goal is to become their ” educated buyer’s choice” supplier.
Beaulieu: If you had to boil it down, what is the single most important thing you deliver to your customers?
Rupani: I would say it’s top notch customer service, engineering support, consistent quality results and on time delivery.
Beaulieu: Can you share a real story where you made a difference for a customer, something that shows who you really are as a company?
Rupani: One of our customers came to us during a critical stage of product development with a complex PCB design and a tight launch timeline. They were facing manufacturability challenges, inconsistent feedback from previous suppliers, and delays that threatened their schedule.
Our engineering team quickly reviewed their design, identified key DFM opportunities, and worked closely with them to refine the layout while maintaining performance requirements. Through fast feedback cycles and prototype support, we helped stabilize the design and move it into production successfully.
The result was a smoother launch, improved yield, and a stronger, more reliable product. What stood out most to the customer was our level of engineering engagement and partnership throughout the process.
Beaulieu: In a competitive market, how do you stand apart from other companies offering similar solutions?
Rupani: In a competitive electronics manufacturing market, we differentiate ourselves through a strong engineering-first approach and a commitment to true partnership with our customers. Rather than simply processing orders, we actively engage in each project to understand design intent, identify potential manufacturability challenges early, and help optimize outcomes before production begins.
Our responsiveness and depth of technical involvement allow us to support customers from early-stage prototypes through low-volume and production builds with speed and consistency. We prioritize clear communication, fast feedback loops, and hands-on engineering support, which helps reduce risk, avoid delays, and improve overall product quality.
What truly sets us apart is our flexibility and customer-focused mindset. We are not limited by a single fabrication path or rigid process flow. Instead, we tailor solutions based on each customer’s technical requirements, timeline, and production goals. This allows our customers to move faster, make better-informed decisions, and bring higher-quality products to market with confidence.
Beaulieu: If someone is considering working with your company right now—what would you want them to know before they reach out?
Rupani: We work best with customers who value collaboration, clear communication, and technical depth. Whether you are building a prototype or scaling into production, we stay closely involved to ensure your design is manufacturable, your timelines are realistic, and your outcomes are consistent.
Our goal is to reduce risk and simplify the manufacturing process so you can focus on innovation and product development. If you're looking for a responsive partner that treats your project with the same level of urgency and attention as you do, that’s exactly how we operate.
Beaulieu: What’s one thing you want people to remember about your company after reading this?
Rupani: Our responsiveness and depth of technical involvement allow us to support customers from early-stage prototypes through low-volume and production builds with speed and consistency. We prioritize clear communication, fast feedback loops, and hands-on engineering support, which helps reduce risk, avoid delays, and improve overall product quality.
Beaulieu: Jay, thanks for spending this time with me. It has been a very interesting and informative talk.
Rupani: My pleasure, Dan. It’s always fun to talk about my company.
