In partnership with CTBC Trust, the program establishes a long-term value-sharing mechanism between the company and its employees, enabling employees to participate in the company’s growth and share in its operational success.
Under the program, employees voluntarily contribute funds through regular monthly deposits, while Compal provides matching bonus contributions in accordance with the system.
