Signia Aerospace, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Heads Up Technologies, a portfolio company of JLL Partners. Heads Up Technologies is a leading provider of advanced aircraft cabin systems, lighting, and passenger-experience technologies.
Headquartered in Addison, Texas, Heads Up Technologies provides a broad portfolio of proprietary cabin systems and components, including cabin management systems, audio and video distribution, cabin lighting, electronic controls, displays, passenger interfaces, and related technologies. The Company serves leading aerospace OEMs and aircraft operators across business and commercial aviation.
Heads Up Technologies' products are designed into aircraft cabin architectures to meet demanding aerospace performance, reliability, and qualification requirements. Its engineering expertise and established manufacturing capabilities support long-standing positions across major aircraft platforms, with aftermarket demand for replacement components, system upgrades, and cabin modernization.

Harris Williams is serving as financial advisor to Signia Aerospace in connection with the acquisition. Lincoln International and Mesirow are serving as financial advisors to Heads Up in connection with the transaction.
