(DKM)With 2002 annual sales of approximately $70 million, Optek will significantly expand TT electronics sensor portfolio, adding optoelectronic as well as fiber optic technology to the extensive offering of automotive sensors, hybrid assemblies and passive components from TT electronics divisions such as IRC (resistors, sensors, automotive assemblies); AB Elektronik (automotive sensors and switches); BI Technologies (sensors, resistors, magnetics); Welwyn (resistors and hybrid assemblies); and MMG (magnetic materials and ferrites).
