GBM PCB Business Down 35% in May

Taiwan-based Global Brands Manufacture (GBM) Ltd, a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer and provider of PCB assembly (PCBA) services, has reported total sales of NT$1.64 billion ($53 million at $1=NT$30.93) for May, down by almost 38% from last year.
Total sales reached NT$9.52 billion ($307.75 million) for the first five months of 2015, down by 24% from the same period in 2014.
GBM's PCB business achieved sales of NT$614.1 million ($19.89 million), 3.6 lower from the previous month, but was 34.65% down from last year's NT$939.77 million ($30.446 million).
The PCBA business reached sales of NT$1.02 billion ($33 million) for May, down by 28% from April, and down by nearly 40% year-on-year.
