June 12, 2015 | LACROIX ElectronicsEstimated reading time: 1 minute

LACROIX Electronics appointed Stéphane Klajzyngier to the position of managing director, effective June 1.
The LACROIX Group has enhanced its team of executives in order to promote the ambitious development project of its Electronics division and to further increase in performance. Hence, Stéphane Klajzyngier succeeds François Beauxis in his capacity as managing director of LACROIX Electronics. He will pursue a strategy of growth by enhancing customer satisfaction and collaboration in the domain "Time-To-Innovation" and by further improving operational performance.
Holding an MBA in corporate finance from New York's Pace University, Stéphane Klajzyngier served as president of Radio Frequency Systems (RFS) since 2005. Since 2012 he was reporting to a board of directors composed of Alcatel-Lucent and SASAC (State-Owned Asset Supervision & Administration Committee). This experience allowed him to develop solid international experience in telecommunications.
Prior to that, Klajzyngier was president of the Alcatel Mobile Phones Division. He managed successfully its entire implementation in China, i.e., from the R&D centre up to the production site, while stimulating a new sales dynamic in the main cities of China. Furthermore, Klajzyngier acquired a five-year-experience in Japan with SAFT, in the domain of battery supply for telephones and laptops in the nineties.
His international experience in strategic management positions in big groups gave him occasion to implement concrete business plans on a global scale. His professional career path as well as his knowledge of the electronics industry will support LACROIX Electronics in developing its international activities and will bring a reinforced dynamic to its Design & Manufacturing offer.
