Syncro Names Fleming EVP and General Manager

Syncro Corporation has announced the promotion of Larry Fleming to executive vice president and general manager. Fleming previously served as Syncro Corporation’s corporate vice president, programs & system integration. Prior to that, he led Syncro’s sales and marketing activities.
“Larry has been integral in helping Syncro evolve from a regional electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider to a leading provider of mission critical system integration services. His experience in working for both OEMs and other EMS companies, has given him excellent perspective on key issues and best practices. I am confident he will be a valuable asset as we continue to expand the solutions we offer our customers,” said Ed Childress, Syncro’s president.
Fleming has over three decades of experience in the electronics industry including 19 years with Reliance Electric/ Rockwell Automation in a variety of technical, marketing, sales and product management positions.
Fleming received a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Auburn University. He has also attended Rockwell Automation’s Executive Leadership Program.
