Stephen Las Marias Named Managing Editor of SMT Magazine

I-Connect007 is pleased to announce that Stephen Las Marias has joined the team as managing editor of SMT Magazine and SMT007.com.
Stephen has more than a decade of publishing experience in business-to-business (B2B) media, covering a wide range of technology verticals including electronic components, design, and systems; wireless communications and mobile/RF technologies; and industrial automation and control systems.
His past appointments include editor of Control Engineering Asia magazine, EDN Asia magazine, and Wireless Design and Development Asia magazine. He was also an assistant technical editor at Global Sources Electronic Components magazine, and a contributing writer for EE Times Asia magazine.
He holds a BSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines, and is a registered engineer in the Philippines.
