Metcal Scarab Named Best Emerging Exhibit Award of SMTA China South 2015

Metcal today announced that the Scarab Site Cleaning System (APR-2000-SCS) was selected for the ‘Best Emerging Exhibit Award of SMTA China South 2015’. The award was presented to the company on Aug. 25, 2015 during NEPCON South China.
“We are very excited to win this award from SMTA China,” commented Allen Zou, Director of Sales – Asia, for OK International. “The Scarab Site Cleaning System allows the user to add the contactless site cleaning capability to their operation without the investment of replacing their current component rework system.”
The Scarab ensures accurate and repeatable cleaning of the component pad in one user-friendly system. It redefines performance and addresses the technical demands presented by component manufacturers today. Additionally, the Scarab addresses the industry needs with an automated system capable of cleaning components pads without contact.
