Libra Industries Promotes Daniel McMaster to Customer Service Supervisor for Texas Facility

Libra Industries, a privately held electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, is pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel McMaster to Customer Service Supervisor for its Richardson, TX facility.
McMaster has worked at the Richardson, TX facility for more than 10 years in various departments before joining the inside sales team. He has been a project manager for the last three years.
In his new role, McMaster will liaise with customers and internal departments at Libra Industries’ Richardson facility to ensure that projects flow through the process as smoothly as possible; and to achieve quality results by the customers’ requested deadline. He is responsible for named key accounts and business units, as well as the direction of project coordinators assigned to related accounts.
Libra Industries’, and now ACD’s, customers will continue to receive the high level of service the company has become known for over the last 35 years.
