This leads to increased solder joint reliability and can improve the life span in the end use application.

Alpha’s low temperature Lumet™ offering, ALPHA® Lumet™ P52 which has a melting point of below 140°C, can provide lower energy consumption in Luminaire Assembly and higher reliability. The low melting point enables the elimination of wave soldering or selective soldering which can significantly reduce electronic assembly production costs.
